70% of this wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and 30% in French oak barrels during 6 to 8 months. This dark and deep red merlot has attrictive aromas of dark plums, smoke, herbs and even a note of graphite. Mouthfuling texture, smooth but well structured, with hints of chocolate and spices and a generous touch of toasted American oak.
