This Canadian whiskey is an unapologetic homage to America’s most famous style of booze — bourbon. The nose strikes ripe notes of honey candy, toasted vanilla bean, cinnamon cake, and corn fritter. The palate is equally sweet toned and very easy to drink although for the prolonged barrel aging one could hope for a bit more richness and power in the finish.
