Our experiments with Oak Free Chardonnay were so well received that we decided to produce nothing but, starting with the 2005 vintage. This wine has everything to like with fish or fowl or creamy dishes - it's dry, zesty and appetizing, with enticing aromas of apple, melon and pear. Let the fruit shine! 13.5% alcohol by volume.
