A blend of beer from The Lost Abbey Oaks Foeders with a few select French oak barrels, Ghosts in the Forest, a blonde sour, focuses on the complexity of Brettanomyces and oak. This version of Ghosts in the Forest begins with a lemon tartness and a slight sweetness from the guava, with oak and Brettanomyces on the backend, finishing a satisfying crisp bite.
