Vega Sindoa Navarra Tempranillo Merlot

This wine is from Spain, Navarra region. 100% Tempranillo. Age of vines is around 20 years. They are planted in clay soils at 1,500 feet in elevation on the double cordon system and yield 2.5 tons per acre. Due to its excellent location, climate and geological characteristics, the Nekeas Valley is one of the great Spanish wine regions, long renowned quality wines. The influences of the Cantabrian and Mediterranean Seas are deeply engrained here. In the mountains to the north, the winters are cold and humid, whereas in the valley they tend to be mild and dry.
